Glacia Glaze was a cold-obsessed, often fur-clad moll associated with Mr. Freeze.
Biography[]
Glacia was seen at the captain's table aboard the S.S. Gotham Queen with Icelander scientist, Professor Isaacson. She contacts Mr. Freeze on her compact radio that Isaacson is at the captain's table and he sends his henchmen, Frosty and Chilblains, to bring him to his iceberg hideout.
While preparing for her performance at the Bruce Wayne Ice Rink in Gotham City, Glacia was in the middle of a conversation with Mr. Freeze on her compact radio when Bruce Wayne and Harriet Cooper walk into her dressing room. When Aunt Harriet picked up the compact, she heard Mr. Freeze's voice coming from it, and Glacia lied that it's a music box she picked up from Switzerland.
Batman and Robin deliver a briefcase full of fake money that Mr. Freeze instantly recognizes. After a subduing the Dynamic Duo after a brawl, Mr. Freeze traps them in a Sub-Zero Temperature Vaporizing Cabinet that vaporize the Caped Crusaders into ice particles that will be part of the Bruce Wayne Ice Rink. Glacia questions Mr. Freeze about vaporizing the Dynamic Duo, but he tells her not to get cold feet, and activates the vaporizing pipe, seemingly vaporizing Batman and Robin along with the ice. Right before they leave their second hideout with the frozen stiff Professor Isaacson, Mr. Freeze gave Glacia a chose; her career as an ice skater or him and she chooses Mr. Freeze. When they gone, Batman and Robin survived by escaping through an emergency exit pipe.
Back at his iceberg hideout, Mr. Freeze gets the secret frozen ice formula out of Isaacson's head, with the help of Glacia, and completes his thermodynamic ice ray and uses it to freeze parts of Gotham City, and he ordered his henchmen to use the ice magnet to pull various icebergs into Gotham Harbor. Just at that moment, Mr. Freeze's homing seal, Isolde, appears in her seal house with a homing transmitter attached to one of her flippers. After seeing the Batcopter flying towards the iceberg shrouded harbor, Mr. Freeze attempted to pull it in with his ice magnet, but Batman and Robin jumped into his hideout with the help of their Ice-Batarangs and Ice-Bat Ropes, shocking Mr. Freeze by revealing they survived with their Super-Thermalized Batskivvies and Reverse Thermal Bat Lozenges. After a victorious battle, Mr. Freeze was apprehended by Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara along with Glacia and his henchmen.
