William Dozier produced a comedic Wonder Woman pilot starting Elle Wood Walker that was much closer to the tone he established in the Batman show.

- Wonder Woman was played by actress Elle Wood Walker; her reflection was played by actress Linda Harrison of "Planet of the Apes" fame. Her mother was played by character actress Maudie Prickett.
- Despite being created by William Dozier and the same production crew as Batman, Wonder Woman's connection to the universe is kind of tenuous, especially since Warner Brothers has linked its universe to the 1980s incarnation of Wonder Woman.
- Dozier had planned to make this series as campy as the 1967 series "Captain Nice," starring William Daniels of "The Wonder Years" fame.

- According to the pilot, Wonder Woman has the strength of Hercules, the wisdom of Athena and the speed of Hermes, but she only thinks she has the beauty of Aphrodite.
